	Protected Directories You can restrict access to a particular directory within your account and allowing access by assigning usernames and passwords to individuals that you choose to allow such access.
	Web Site Statistics We use HTTP Analyze for your site statistics software. You can view all the traffic to your site through this option. Track how popular your site is and analyse your customer base. You also have full access to the raw logs.
	Mailing Lists Stay in touch with your customers by starting a mailing list. Handy for easily sending emails, newsletters, special offers etc to large client bases. Customers can add or remove themselves from the lists.
	Webmail Use Webmail to check your POP3 mailboxes from anywhere in the world. You can access all your POP3 accounts through a "Hotmail" style browser interface built into every account.
	Form Mail Form mail will let you create customer feedback forms and surveys that are returned to you via email. Ideal for processing enquiries.
	Anonymous FTP You can allow anonymous FTP access to visitors wishing to download or upload files to your web site as if you were running your own FTP server.
	File Manager The File Manager will handle many of the functions that an FTP or Telnet client will handle all within your browser. Functions such as setting permissions, uploading files from your hard drive, & creating and editing html files.
	FrontPage We provide FrontPage Extensions as a courtesy to Microsoft Frontpage users that know how to use them, and prefer using Frontpage over other methods of designing web sites. NB: We no longer offer counselling services for people who suffer mental illness after using this software.
	Secure Server We provide you the use of our Secure Certificate free of charge. Essential if you wish to set up an e-commerce site with secure transaction facilities.
	Shopping Cart AlaCart is a full featured shopping cart program that can hold up to 1,000 products! It comes with an easy to use web interface and manual.
	PHP v4.2.1 A third party server-side scripting language which can be integrated into html scripts to access the MySQL database. See the PHP site for further information.
	MySQL Database MySQL is a database engine that you can use with your web site. You will be able to add edit delete tables, fields, and values. You can also run queries on the database if you need to.
	P.G.P PGP = Pretty Good Privacy. Allows you to send and receive email securely.
	Daily Backups All data is backed up on tape to help ensure the integrity of data.
